Beatrix Potter: Drawn to Nature
Beatrix Potter: Drawn to Nature brings together artwork, books, manuscripts, and artifacts related to beloved children’s book author and illustrator Beatrix Potter. Inspired by her childhood summers spent in Scotland and the English Lake District, Potter became inspired by nature, which greatly impacted her work throughout her life. This exhibit traces how Potter’s combination of science and storytelling shaped some of the world’s most popular children’s books.
